**WHY THE ELEVEN YELLOW GAMES**
</aside>
The Eleven Yellow Games are our week-long hackathons, happening every summer and winter. For seven days straight, the usual roadmap goes out the window and we focus on experimentation, creativity, and making things happen - fast.
It started simple: everyone pitched ideas, we voted as a team, and the most popular ones got built during the week. That structure gave us some of our favorite projects.
Timeboy - your personal time travel device.

Sora Movie - Our shot at creating a short film using AI in the beginnings of gen AI.

Morelli AI - a tool that checks images if they are human made or AI-generated.

Mystiq Fortune - a fortune teller AI that unveils your future with beautiful collectible cards.

But we don’t like staying still.
Over time, the Games have evolved. Now, every edition rewrites the rules. Some editions are solo-only. Others happen in small teams. Sometimes we remove constraints (build anything), and sometimes we add them (no websites, no familiar tools…). Each edition comes with its own rules, designed to push us in a different direction.
The goal stays the same though: → explore ideas we wouldn’t normally prioritize → learn by doing, quickly and imperfectly → surprise ourselves (and each other)
Some projects turn into real products. Most don’t. That’s kind of the point.
The Eleven Yellow Games are less about outcomes, and more about momentum: creating space to try, fail, build, and rethink how we work.
A reminder that we’re not here just to execute.
We’re here to explore and create.
